I finaly plane to join in near future the internet. As my modem is a 9.6
AVTEK I'll have to upgrade. The big question is which modem? I had my eye
on a Dynalink 33.6 as the price seem good. But then I saw messages
reporting of some problems with this model.

As I can't ask you which modem I should buy, I'll ask you which modem
you would buy for your self, if you would only connect to BBS's and
an ISP (no IRC) and have the occasional direct transfer of files (modem to
modem). Price of curse matters and saw a Viper for 259 in a paper.
