Well not really, Max 3.01 is not Y2K compliant, not sure if Scott is going
to be putting out a compliant version, maybe he can answer this for us.

That's something that you most likely need a third party utility to do, I
just use Bluewave and carbon copy the message to specific users....or just
send a message to ALL
