 I was closing BW totally then reloading it again to see that the
 address TO: field had a digit before it or not.

 Even stranger things are happening. I found out that if I load BW via a
 DOS command, all is fine. The Help file is there and the BWREPFIX
 happens. If I load it via a Windows 2-click on its .exe file then it
 does not work as should. I used the DOS way this morning and we shall
 see what we shall see.

 I get the editor Help file fine and now the BW one too. Yes, they are
 different, thanks.
