In reading (or a better word would be translating the gibberish) found
in the file CIR33TXT, It would appear that the Cirrus Logic AT command
set defines the Fn command as:
F0 Enables online echo
F1 Disables online echo

Yes ... However, in searching the CIR33TXT file, I can find no reference
on how to set the DCE speed to a specific value. Maybe once I can get
those docs translated into English I may find it :-)
