 ML> sounds like you've not set the starting directory in the PIF file?

 I did not set anything, I let Windows do it. I only right-clicked on
 the .exe and that offered me the option to do a shortcut to it but it
 misbehaves.

 ML> FWIW: i would create a .BAT file that CDs to the proper directory,
 ML> loads BW and then performs any needed tasks after exiting BW...

 As it is now, Mark, I load BW from the Run line in Start and all are
 happy, specially me.
