I am hatching AZERTY30.ZIP into the PDOMAIN TIC area.  It 
contains C source code to a basic QWK reader.  It has had
VERY MINIMAL testing done, but compiles under Watcom for
DOS and Watcom for OS/2.  It also compiles under Unix.
It is completely public domain.  It is available for FREQ
from 3:711/934, and comes with DOS and OS/2 executables
only.  It is about 100k in size.
