Is your 64-bit machine using any 32-bit libraries whatsoever? If not,
enabling 'multilib' for your specific distribution should help out with
that.

Otherwise, as far as I know James is on hiatus at the moment, as his job is
making him travel and work double the load.. so if you don't get a reply
directly from him in the near future, you know why. :)
