I only have Word Perfect 5.1 for DOS and it doesn't support it. Someone
has told me that MS Word 5.0 for DOS supports it so now I will have to
find someone that has MS Word.

I quite agree! It definitely is NOT TXT which only contains low ASCII.
David Bowerman has done a Quick n Dirty conversion of the RTF file but
it is still pretty bad :-((
