ML>>hunh?? i can fill a 20lb tank from one that contains 40lbs ML>>quite easily... in fact, i fill 100lb tanks all the time ML>>with no pump of any kind at all... as long as there is at ML>>least 200lbs in the tank, i can get 100lbs out of it... ML>>or am i misunderstanding what you are saying? surely i can ML>>connect a 300gal propane tank (quite larger than a 100lb tank) ML>>to a tank on a vehicle and fill it just like filling a 20lb ML>>tank for a gas grill... TW> BUT don't you have to turn 6the Supply Tank upside down to TW> transfer Liquid?? That is a bit difficult with a 200/300 TW> gallon tank. hunh? no... not that i know of... i take a 20lb bottle and connect it to a 300gal torpedo tank just like you'd have outside your house and connect the line from the top of the tank to the top of the 20gal... open the bleeder valve on the 20lb'er and open the valve on the 300gal... when i get a steady stream of gas (looks like steam but very cold) out of the bleeder valve, i shut off the bleeder on the 20lb'er and the valve on the 300gal tank... disconnect the line and pick up 20lbs of fuel... shake it about and it is liquid inside... shakes and feels like it... burns like it and lasts just as long as if i had taken it to a fill station and paid at least twice as much for it...
