Hi Terry, TH> I am using an older version of MAXIMUS and I find that TH> it has a Y2K problem with the expiry date for TH> subcribers who have paid a one year subcription beyond 1999. TH> Has anyone tested this feature in the later versions? It depends what "older version" you are using. I am using Maximus 3.01 here and it handles years of 2000 and over ok as far as expiry dates are concerned, however if you type the date in, you need to use 100 for 2000, 101 as 2001. That is, use the numbers 98, 99, 100, 101, etc for 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, etc... I understand a Y2K upgrade is planned for all Lanius products to resolve these issues, however I dont know what versions are likely to be covered. The one area that is not yet guaranteed is the Offline Reader, it seems the OLR "standard" may have flaws in its design for handling Y2K. I hope this helps..........pk. --- Maximus/2 3.01* Origin: === NZMC Maxie BBS.
