Yes there is but it is moving slowly. In fact I just read about it in
reviewing a article on "Will the Departure of Bill Gates open the Door
for LINUX". Some think it will present an excelent opportunigy for
greater peneratation of the market but some Standardization beteen the
different distributions will be a Key factor.
