  My sentiments precisely.  I didn't take my husband's name the first
go-round, did this time.  Not feeling oppressed, either... just wanted
to be an
Eason.  Loren didn't expect it, which made it all the nicer.

I was very happy to drop my "maiden" name. I was in the process of
changing my name legally when Doug up and proposed. I like the way
"Laurie Campbell" goes together. I've now been living with this set of
names longer than I was living with the original set. I'll never change
it, even if I did marry again. This is me.
