Once Microsoft started the Software Doubt program, I knew it was a farce. As customers paid in advanced for upgrades, with the ability to upgrade expiring within a time period [usually a year], it came as no surprise to me that the time between major MS Windows and MS Office releases would increase to the point that the Software Doubt customers would wind up paying multiple times for the upgrade(s) they were signed up for. There is no incentive for Microsoft to get the new releases out the door because the enterprise customers have already paid for the releases, releases which they are not getting in a timely manner. /m --- BBBS/NT v4.01 Flag-5* Origin: Barktopia BBS Site http://HarborWebs.com:8081 (1:379/45) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 5030/786 @PATH: 379/45 1 106/2000 633/267 |
