subject: total access

my goal is to be able to do everything with a computer a sighted person can
do which includes: sending and receiving e-mail, having my computer receive
fax messages and have the computer read them aloud, and to access all the
text from all areas of the net.
What is more, I want access to all my records such as: Government and legal
documents that pertain to me,financial and billing information, medical
reports, and even restaurant menus. Aren't these things sighted people have
access to? If the Americans with Disabilities Act has real meaning shouldn't
I have access to my records?
