Yes.. Makes no sense to carry them just to populate your hdd incase a
visitor happens to notice.  For me (now as a user), the echo activity
numbers that are posted in the FIDOGAZETTE newsletter help to show what's
worth checking out.  You could steer your users to look at that, or you
could parse the list to create a regular annoucement/bulletin of the top
popular echos from that.
