Have some posts on that subject that someone sent to me. I learned more
than I ever thought possible, keep it around for reference. I am also
taking evening primrose at night, have found a salad dressing that
tastes good to me....Balsamic. It is used in fancy resturants on the
eastern end of Long Island.
Now I will eat salads. That gets me some of the better oils.
That still isn't up to what it should be.
Some years ago I was tested for food allergies and decided that it was
too much bother to attempt to eliminate all of them. So I didn't. Now
I wish I hadn't been so "smart". I am finding out that they change over
the years and I am dropping anything that gives me any problems at all.
