Not all my software is free. Here is the licence from one of myShareWare

my only point being that I am not waging war against proprietary software 
and don't want any part of a crusade. I just want a simple understanding by 
ordinary people that doesn't require a buy-in to a philosophy when they use 
my stuff.

I am just lazy in not responding to your counter-points and freely admit it. 
I also did not want to try to polish a turd. It really makes a mess:)

I hope the software that you write is as good as your debating skills. I
