For example you have received a file named hpt020503.diff. This file was
hatched into fileecho HUSKY by someone. Also you received tic file for this
diff. When htick tosses your inbound, it finds tic and hpt020503.diff and
if file name matches mask in ExecOnFile and filearea is exactly like
written in ExecOnFile, command /usr/local/fido/update_source.sh is run.
Command takes only one argument - name of file being tossed.
