Well, I just set my up and done two calls, I've managed 31200/31200

connect to David's Courier and 28800/28000 (top speed) to my isp. I

see if I can get anything better with 33.6 capable modems. I'm still

battling with Win95, I understand that they try to make it simple

but I like to have some control over my modem. At the moment I don't

know what initialization goes on, all I know is that AA light goes

on and I'm worried because I don't want that.



A couple of questions I forgot to ask:



Where can I find KTX Win95 info file and does it have any advantages

over standard GVC setup in Win95?



Does this modem have any diagnostic report like some other

Rockwells?



BTW, why David's I)nterrogate Modem doesn't report S/N ratio? I know

it would be S/N seen by his modem but it could be useful to know it

anyway.
