    Diesel conversions are common in airplanes.
 
    Go build a plane and learn to fly it, THEN talk.  Cars are no comparason. 
 If you don't build your car absolutely straight and correct, it will still 
run pretty well.  Not true of airplanes.  Everything has to be perfect.
