:)  There's been much 'oopin' and 'ollerin' in the hills round here too,
with a two year $50M-odd upgrade program on the local exchanges nearing
completion.  People who were wondering if they'd ever get past 2400bps now
get to grumble about the calls that only make 19200 or 21600 ..
