At work we're going to be hiring a Linux Senior Admin.  My efforts in
enterprise Linux administration have been somewhat limited.   What sort
of questions should I ask during the interview, what experience should I
look for, how can I tell a merely very good admin from one that I would
trust with a server farm down the road, etc...?
