Really? Like what? I just moved my whole install manually from one machine
to another (P4/1.5 to dual core P4/3.4), the only thing that gave me a
problem was MDAC and I solved that by hand copying the files over after
kicking windows file protection's ass. (damn I hate that service)

Office, SMS's network monitor, publisher, frontpage, visual studio 6,
autocad14, Pagemaker 6.5 and 7.0, freehand, a bunch of macromedia stuff,
shavlik netchkpro, icq, outlook and address book, sqlserver and tools, avg,
perl, codes galore, vmware, Nero, Acrobat, the list goes on and on an on..
