At the DOS command, you are IN the BW folder, where it can find all of its' parts. If you "Windows 2-click on its .exe file" then you are starting it from a different folder. In older versions of DOS you could SET a PATH statement so BlueWave would be able to find its' affiliated parts. I start mine from the old Win3.11 PIF file with a Start-up Directory (Folder) set for where BlueWave is. That is the equivalent to changing to that "folder" before running the EXE.
