Don Capps is the state president of SC, and the president of the Dillon 
(D-i-l-l-o-n) county chapter is Helena Purnell.  She is a very nice 
person and I've talked with her several times.
As soon as I get my Commission for the Blind ID card, I'm going to be a 
member of that chapter.
