Replying to a message from Thom LaCosta 1:261/1352 to Gord Hannah, About Herbals, On Thu May 19 2005 GH> You can also use frozen sugar free fruit instead of ice. TL> I assume you mean fruit that doesn't have sugar added? Assumption correct. Last night we had a "strawberry shake". 1 Cup Frozen no sugar added strawberries (or blueberries, wildberries, or raspberries.) If brave maybe even rhubarb. 2 Cup Skim Milk (reduces the fat intake) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Equal. Sugar Twin, Sweet and Low, or Splenda to taste. Put in blender and set to highest speed until smooth Pour into large glass Enjoy Serves 2. Hope this helps. Keep us posted. We are a fine board trying to make it better. http://www.pris.bc.ca/ghannah ghannah{at}pris.bc.ca Cheers!
