I know.  I was watching NBC Nightly news one day last week, and they had a 
piece on there that was showing how the distance of a city from a refinery 
partially determines how high they pay for their gas.  Kind-of makes me want to
move down to Louisiana.  One place there, the gas was only $2.15 a gallon.
