PW> What caused the movement away from HST? Improvement of phone lines, better PW> modulation techniques, etc.??? Is say Improvement of phone lines and no need for better modulation techniques :). Put V.34 and HST on a bad line, V.34 gets 4800 connect and drops out and HST gets a Rock Solid 14k4 (It was only a 14k4 HST)... (but then again, one is Full Duplex, HST is half duplex....) Cya!
