Which ones? The typical office suite moves just fine, all the various
Adobe apps have moved.
In our office, I've used it migrate 20-25 people from old to new computers.
I manually move PST files, but everything else has moved. The final
reboot/relogin brings up the users desktop with all their applications
running as installed on their old machine.
Personally, I haven't had a failed move yet.
