Not really.  The Devil is a late religious invention. He hadn't been
conceived of back then.  The religious philosophy wasn't that involved. But
then again in the real context of the story, most of that was written in
the 6th century BCE and Persian dualism had been introducted to the rich
Jews in exile who returned as a ruling priestly caste.
