Dunno.  It could have been Doc's or it could have been some glitch in
the ether between you and Doc's, for your keystrokes not to work.  Not
likely you, as you were able to type this note to me and the one
previous to Dan, after having your problem with Netmail.

I think there is some sort of problem connecting to Chowdanet from Doc's
in Netmail anyway, but I don't really understand why.  I was unable to
send from Doc's to myself at Chowdanet, but I was* able to send from
Chowdanet to myself at Doc's.  Haven't tried it online* from Doc's yet,
but that's in the plan for later.
