Hi Paul.  The following addition to the structure below allows me to
perform ROT13 coding on the current message's text.  I'm not sure why I
couldn't get Msged to do this already, so I modified the current version.

On line 134 of MAINCMDS.H, replace

        {NULL,NULL}
    };

with

        {"rotate",   rotate},    {NULL,NULL}
    };                                      


I have added

    ReadKey    0x0012  rotate     ; ROT13 coding key

to MSGED.CFG, to assign Ctrl+R to this function.

Let me know if I've added something stupid that's already supported
(hidden?) somewhere else.  Anyway the above works with Msged versions 3.10
and 3.20.

Nice work with version 3.20 - the different key setup should only take a
few months to get used to. ;-)  Not sure where Alt+A disappeared to (looks
like you killed it).

BTW, in the internal editor, when I cursor to the end of a paragraph of
text and press Ctrl+Left, the cursor skips back _two_ words rather than
one.  This editor is non-conformant!!!  I want my money back.
