More justification, since the act of sending out indiscriminate faxes is not
intended to injure, but the "revenge" is. Also the "revenge" doesn't affect
the person who sent the fax in the majority of cases - a fax sales company
sent the faxes out, but the return fax number will be the service rep.
Sending "revenge" faxes in the middle of the night to a home office rarely
has the desired effect - the person owning the home office is woken by the
fax, gets up to go to the washroom, checks to see who the *** sent a fax at
3AM, sees the black pages coming through and stops the transmission before
any harm was done, and goes back to bed congratulating herself on being on
the ball.
