I assume sending you a chord chart wouldn`t help you. I have written some 
messages in 1994 about jazz chords and how to build them...
Ok, I'm not a friend of chord charts, either. They may help you to find one 
chord, but don`t require to really understand how the particular chord is 
build.
Actually, it`s not very difficult to create your own chords. I guess, 
everybody who really wants to learn it and has a normal intelligence can be 
able to build a chord with a flat 13th and an augmented 11th in it and find a 
suitable fingering pattern within two weeks :)
What I just need to know is how much you already know about chords (not 
necessarily guitar chords) and intervals. Just to find the right entry point.
