Hi Mike,

AM> MR> Well after much comment about my Dynalink V34+' performance
 AM> because of
AM> MR> noisy phone lines, yesterday I got the Telstra man out to check
 AM> them.
 AM>
AM> Just how fast does your Dynalink go at worst and best?
 AM>
 MR>
MR> At worst it won't connect at all (pretty common unfortunately) and the
MR> best has been 26400. Unless it can connect at least at 24000 then it
MR> just won't connect at all.

Maybe you should get the Dynalink swapped, or get a refund and buy another
type of modem. You should get 28800 or 26400 without errors (mine gets 26400
usually), get it changed.

Regards,
Alex
