subject: MCP problems in MAX/2 Y2K fix

Hello Craig.

I run my MCP.EXE from startup.cmd using:

detach D:\max\mcp.exe . \pipe\maximus\mcp 16 server

I used to run it the startup folder for debugging purposes so I could see
what it writes to the screen. It does output if you run it that way.
