What sort of problems?  Aside from Explorer v3.0, I don't use the KTX under
Win95 at all, and the only problem I've so far noticed is that although
it's definitely a 33k6 modem, I've still not yet connected with anybody at
greater than 28k8, not even Dave, where the Courier invariably connects at
33k6.

A filename for freq would be nice.  :)
