You forgot to tell us the most important spec:  EXACTLY which version
of Word do you have.  v2.0a or v2.0b or 2.0c.  If it's v2.0a then
all your problems will be solved by an upgrade to v2.0c.  This used
to be a free upgrade from Microsoft to registered users.
