Two ways: write your own script fro a list of the files, most easily derived 
from a DIR *.DWG > PLOT.LST, followed by a ASCII  word processor
to at the plot commands and file opening or inseerting commands; or,
file any of several Autolisp programs that do most of that for you.
Either case, you must discover and relate some of the info that is specific 
to your goals and computer setup, such as plotter device selection and 
parameters, paths, and environment; even must be done for
the somewhat more feature fitted comercial programs available for 50 to 200
