Are you reopening the reply packet before closing it out completely? 
I seem to recall having a problem like that. 

The best thing to do is to correct the error in the "To:" field when 
it shows up, then save the message.

Strange. 
My 2.30 (DOS) doesn't have any problem with with the "BWAVE.HLP"
Help file. 

As discussed before, it won't come up while in the editor. 
The editor should have its' own Help file.
