Yes it is.  I noticed that after posting my reply.  The version 3 product
attempts to add a tab for other MS Product Keys, but didn't work for the
one product detected and didn't detect virtually all of the MS software
installed.  It also appears to have a donation link in help that version 2
doesn't have.  Other than that version 2 and 3 seem to be the same.  I've
kept both versions on my machine.  CD Keyreader is the one that does an
excellent job of pulling out all the MS Software product keys.  RockXP
still has a way to go on that front.
