It got up and went.  Actually, I'm looking into some solar panels and 
charging systems, but don't tell my family.

Unfortunately, I've reached a point in my life where I have more money to 
throw at problems than time or energy.  I think that's why I worked my way 
through just about every scanner Radio Shack sells.
... And now we're doing 120, as fast as I can go.
