In Moscow, it is NNN-SSS-XX-XX for network (Moscow - 095), station (one
station has some SSS) and what is left.
В Москве это ССС-ААА-XX-XX для сети (Москва - 095), станции (на одной
станции несколько ААА) и того, что осталось.
