Look for things that changed in your configuration since you upgraded. DON'T 
ASSUME THAT ANY CHANGE DOES NOT MATTER.  Were you running Win32 before the 
change?   Have you tried running without it? Try increasing your permanent 
swapfile size from 1 mb to 4 mb.
