I'm the same way -- in the old days you'd hear the music on the radio then go
buy it, but the only radio I listen to is on the internet, and there's a law(in
USA) that forces a fixed minimum payment schedule on the part of net radios for
copyright reimbursement. . .

In the old days, the record producers GAVE radio stations albums & singles to
play, because that sold records!  Now the greed has gotten too much! :(

I do download tunes & listen to them, and, as you say, I'll buy when I like it.
. . I don't buy a CD every day or even every week, but when I like it enough, I
will!
