CD Keyreader at http://www.skaro.net does a nice job of summarizing MS
Product CD Keys:

RockXP v 2.0 by Korben is the program that will show you your CD Key,
change it for you, and show you IE, RAS, and System Passwords.  It also
includes a random password generator.  Sorry I don't have a URL for it, but
google should turn it up at several locations.

Keyfinder.exe, the first program referenced in this thread has the option
to change a CD Key in the registry.
