these low speed dsl lines :=)

i have a dlink dsr 1000 n, what you describe above i think you want one like me :=)

on linux i just use shorewall if no dlink (shorewall multi-isp), if windows
have some software solution, go for it, remember the 2 isp needs to be masq
on lan to work, and test from a 3 ip not in both isp that incomming trafic
will keep same dsl line for outgoing trafic, other then that no problem, in
dns just add each hostname with both wan-ips
