What modern bbs packages don't have this feature?  I can't say whether or not
Synchronet has it, but I know that Mystic has it.

FWIW, its possible to parse a raw nodelist and output a formatted text file. 
That would make it easy enough to lookup.  I can post a ksh script that I
wrote some time ago that did just that.
