Thanks....I've gotten a few 31200's so she's working :).   The only
thing I've noticed with beta 18 is a couple of times the modem has
gotten stuck trying to renegotiate either up or down. It also got stuck
once during a RE (receiving error) and would not reset until I powered
off-on the unit.  I've lowered the s194 value to 130 to see if that
helps.
