All of his communications are by law public records, and he - and his staff -
are required to use government communications systems so they can be
archived.  His personal Blackberry doesn't qualify.

Some folks in Bush minor's administration (I think mostly Cheney's people) got
their hands slapped for using Blackberries and other email that ran through the
Republicrook party net rather than the White House system, thus bypassing the
official system.  A cynic like me would suggest that they did it to avoid any
investigation of what was being said - a subpoena for "all White House email
records" would not turn up anything that had never been *in* the White House.
